Restoration, conservation, and resilience of mountain pine (Pinus uncinata) forests on calcareous substrates in the Pyrenees

To protect and restore mountain pine (Pinus uncinata) forests of the Pyrenees, particularly HCl 9430* (montane and subalpine forests of Pinus uncinata on gypsum or calcareous substrates), by restoring natural dynamics, functional balance of the communities represented, and increased resilience to climate change, considering future scenarios of fires, droughts, and forest pests.
